True artistry lies in capturing not just an image, but an essence. Every animal, whether a cherished companion or a wild creature, carries a presence, a spirit, and a beauty that deserves to be remembered with the same reverence as fine portraiture.

My work is devoted to distilling that essence into something lasting. Each commission is a bespoke piece, created with meticulous attention to detail, crafted to reflect the individuality and elegance of its subject. 

Whilst initially my chosen medium was coloured pencils, I have since developed a preference for graphite and charcoal, which allow me to explore different tones and textures in my work.
